Southwest Colorado has a treasure you should ski. Telluride offers skiers scenic vistas of the largest concentration of 14,000 foot summits in North America and their snowcapped mountains.

Deep powder, uncrowded slopes, clean brisk air and exhilarating slopes await you. And best of all you can take a coffee break high on a 12,000 foot ridge and enjoy this million-dollar view to your hearts content.

Telluride is every skiers dream come true. With a summit elevation of 12,247 feet and a vertical drop of 3,522 feet there is skiing excitement for everyone.

Blanketed with 300 inches of snow annually, 65 runs over 1,050 acres of ski area are served by 10 lifts and a gondola from town to the ski slopes and Mountain Village.

Lodging and restaurants abound both at the Mountain Village and in Telluride, a National Historic District. Banking services have returned to normal since Butch Cassidy has left town. Yes, Telluride was his first bank robbery.

Telluride is located 345 miles southwest of Denver, and served by airports in Telluride and Montrose. It is a long drive from Denver so you may want to allow a day of travel time each way.
